Revenue Generation & Target Achievement ﾷ Proactively contact and engage with prospective clients through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings ﾷ Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' insurance requirements and financial situations ﾷ Clearly explain complex insurance products, coverage options, and benefits across health, travel, pet, and SME lines ﾷ Cross-sell and upsell additional insurance products to existing clients where appropriate ﾷ Recommend complementary coverage options that address clients' comprehensive insurance needs ﾷ Drive revenue growth by developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives ﾷ Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets across all product lines ﾷ Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate business growth and retention ﾷ Specialize in re-engaging and converting digital drop-off leads from the contact center who abandoned their purchase journey Customer Relationship Management & Service Excellence ﾷ Oversee the development and maintenance of strong, long-term relationships with existing customers through regular engagement and proactive service delivery ﾷ Implement customer satisfaction initiatives and feedback mechanisms to ensure high levels of client retention ﾷ Resolve complex customer issues and complaints, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction and loyalty ﾷ Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and other strategic partners to enhance service delivery ﾷ Build and maintain relationships with clients for potential renewals and referrals Show more Show less
