Job Title: Back-End Sales & Marketing Executive
Department: Sales & Marketing
Location: Kundli, Sonipat
Employment Type : Full-Time
Reports To: Managing Director
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain customer calling databases, lead records, and sales pipelines.
* Handle customer inquiries through email and phone.
* Follow up with clients for taking orders, dispatch, payment and deliveries.
* Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports and achieve targets.
## **Required Skills & Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
* 2 – 3 years of experience in backend sales, inside sales, or marketing support.
* Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
