We are seeking a Sales Executive (Cold Calling) who will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach, client engagement, and effective communication. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in IT sales, with a strong ability to convert leads into potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to introduce company services and generate qualified leads.
2. Understand customer requirements and present tailored IT solutions.
3. Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead and contact information.
4. Follow up on potential leads via calls, emails, and other communication channels.
5. Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure lead conversion.
6. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
7. Prepare and share daily/weekly reports on lead generation and follow-ups.
8. Stay updated with the latest IT products, trends, and market insights.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in cold calling in IT sales.
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Proven ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
5. Basic understanding of IT services, software, and digital solutions.
6. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
