Job Description: Sales Executive – B2B Exhibitions (2–3 Years Exp.) Location: Kalkaji, New Delhi | Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday) Job Type: Full-Time | On-site Salary: ₹25,000/month (Fixed) Target Market: Indian and International B2B Clients Travel Required: Yes (with allowance) Joining: Immediate or within 30 days preferred About the Company: We are a growing and dynamic B2B trade show and exhibition organizing company committed to creating world-class platforms that connect businesses across industries. Role Overview: We are looking for a Sales Executive with 2–3 years of sales experience (any B2B industry) who is passionate about connecting with clients, closing deals, and contributing to revenue generation for our exhibitions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for pitching, negotiating, and securing exhibitors and sponsors across multiple trade shows organized by us throughout the year. Key Responsibilities: Identify potential leads through online research, databases, LinkedIn, referrals, and inbound queries. Pitch exhibition booths, sponsorships, and branding opportunities to prospective clients. Communicate with clients via phone, WhatsApp, emails, and video meetings to present proposals and close deals. Maintain and update Excel/Google Sheets to track leads, follow-ups, and deal status. Handle complete client onboarding process from interest to participation. Coordinate with internal teams (design, operations, marketing) for artwork, placement, and client servicing. Attend exhibitions, expos, and business meetings as and when required – within and outside Delhi. Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients for repeat participation and upselling. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by management.
