Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage sales performance by achieving targets, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding existing relationships with customers.
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of banking products such as credit cards, current accounts, loans (home loans), retail sales, B2C sales, branch sales, tele/inside sales.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Ensure timely completion of tasks while meeting deadlines under pressure.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in sales or related field (banking industry preferred).
Strong knowledge of corporate salary account management systems.
Excellent business development skills with ability to generate leads from various sources.
