Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Visit MSME clients on-site to understand their business requirements and promote relevant loan and subsidy solutions.
Pitch government schemes/subsidies (like CGTMSE, CLCSS, Interest Subvention, etc.) and assist clients in availing financial benefits.
Collect necessary financial documents, coordinate with internal teams, and help prepare loan and project finance proposals.
Maintain a strong follow-up routine with potential and existing clients to ensure conversion and satisfaction.
Achieve monthly business targets related to loan disbursements and subsidy advisory revenue.
Stay updated on changes in financial schemes, bank products, and MSME regulations.

What We are Looking For:

Someone street-smart, confident, and driven a not just desk-bound, but comfortable going out and meeting clients.
5 Years Sales Engineering Background.
Prior experience in MSME lending, NBFC/BFSI field sales, or business development preferred.
Good understanding of MSME ecosystem, working capital needs, and government financial schemes.
Strong communication and convincing skills; fluency in local language is a big plus.
Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territory.
Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, and digital documentation.
