Sales Executive

As an Admission/ Sr. Admission Counsellor at Aimlay Pvt. Ltd., you will be a key member of our day shift team. Aimlay is a renowned edtech counselling firm with a successful history of over 15 years. Your responsibilities will include contacting and following up with potential clients through inbound and outbound calls, provided with leads. You will be required to effectively articulate Aimlay's services, leading to the conversion of leads into enrollments. Conducting need-based counselling to identify clients" educational needs, delivering engaging online presentations and product demonstrations, and nurturing strong client relationships for repeat business will be crucial aspects of your role. Meeting monthly sales targets, maintaining detailed records of communications and follow-ups, and achieving performance goals will also be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this position, you should possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in Outbound Sales, Admission Counselling, or a related field. Excellent communication skills, interpersonal abilities, and persuasive talents are essential. Strong active listening skills, problem-solving capabilities, a customer-centric approach, adaptability, and a proactive attitude towards meeting targets are desired qualities.
