Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and onboarding clients for our digital marketing and web development services. You will play a key role in growing our customer base and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively reach out to potential clients in the local area through field visits, networking, cold calls, and meetings.
• Understand client requirements and effectively pitch digital marketing and web development solutions.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into paying customers.
• Collaborate with the technical and marketing team to create proposals and close deals.
• Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports to the management.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in digital marketing, IT services, or similar fields.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of digital services like SEO, social media, Google Ads, websites, etc.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Must be comfortable with local travel and client meetings.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
