Job Title: PSR (Jr. Sales Executive) Industry: FMCG & Ice Cream Industry Location: Hyderabad & Secunderabad Experience: 0 to 3 years (FMCG or Ice Cream industry preferred) Qualification: Any Discipline Gender: Male Candidates Only Salary: ₹15,000 (Net Take Home) + PF, ESI, and Incentives Key Responsibilities:Maintain all sales systems, including records and reports. Develop market presence by appointing new dealers and distributors. Resolve distributor and dealer issues to ensure smooth operations. Execute direct sales activities in line with assigned sales volumes and targets. Maintain and grow the existing customer database with ethical sales practices. Build and strengthen long-term client relationships. Respond to and follow up on all sales inquiries promptly. Maintain accurate records of pricing, sales, and activities. Attend meetings to support sales strategy and business growth. Achieve maximum profitability and growth aligned with company goals. Develop strategies to expand the customer base in assigned territories. Candidate Requirements:Energetic and self-motivated individual. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
