Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Bhubaneswar. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing training and support to the sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service. Daily tasks include engaging with clients, overseeing sales processes, and contributing to marketing efforts aimed at promoting ADCO's services.

• Experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to provide Training and support to sales team members
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Proactive with the ability to work independently and within a team
• Knowledge of the architecture and planning industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
