Role Overview

Position: Sales Executive – Polymer Masterbatches & Compounds

Type: Full-time, On-Site (📍Ahmedabad)

Compensation: Base Salary + Commission


The Sales Executive will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building long-term customer relationships in the plastics industry. This role requires a target-driven, proactive individual with strong technical knowledge and sales acumen.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and identify potential customers
  • Generate, qualify, and convert leads
  • Achieve & exceed sales targets consistently
  • Manage customer accounts and relationships
  • Report sales activities using CRM software
  • Represent the company at trade shows, customer visits, and industry events


Mandatory

  • Proven sales experience within the plastics industry
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and customer engagement
  • Willingness to

    travel frequently

    to visit customer sites and trade shows
  • Desire to work hard to achieve ambitious sales targets


Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical understanding of polymer masterbatches, additives, and compounds
  • Knowledge of the plastics industry, trends, competitors, and pricing
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Plastics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field
