This role demands a strategic leader with deep technical expertise, a strong customer network, and a proven track record of driving sales and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies for the extrusion segment.
• Identify, approach, and acquire new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.
• Achieve ambitious revenue and growth targets.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
• Lead negotiations, finalize deals, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the technical and production teams to develop custom masterbatch and compound solutions.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and key industry events.
• Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and strategic plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of proven sales experience

  in the

  plastics industry

  , specifically in

  extrusion applications.

• Strong technical knowledge

  of extrusion products and machinery (shade nets, nonwovens, ropes, monofilaments, multifilaments, woven sacks, raffia, leno bags, and films).

• Well-established network

  of customers and contacts in the plastics/extrusion industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India.

• Bachelor’s degree in Plastics/Polymer Engineering

  or a related technical field is highly preferred.
