Job Description

As a Sales Executive with 6 months of experience in the real estate sector, you are responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and driving property sales. You play a key role in showcasing residential or commercial properties, negotiating deals, and ensuring a smooth transaction process for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and site visits
Conduct property presentations and site tours for prospective buyers
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available properties, market trends, and pricing
Build and nurture client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
Assist clients with documentation, legal formalities, and loan processes
