Sales Executive - AAC Blocks & Dry Products 2 Years - Maharashtra Location Maharashtra We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive for the AAC blocks and Dry Products (Mortars, Plasters, etc.) division . Responsibilities Develop and execute a marketing & sales plan to achieve targets for AAC blocks and Dry Products. Identify and acquire new clients ; drive business development initiatives. Provide technical product information and maintain strong client relationships. Manage contracts, pricing strategies, and ensure optimal margins. Oversee post-sales services such as invoicing, cube reports, and collections. Implement credit policies and control outstanding dues. Explore new markets and prepare business proposals. Deliver market intelligence reports and support strategic decision-making. Ensure compliance with all internal systems, documentation, and data management. Spend 40%+ of your time in the field, engaging with customers and prospects. Requirements Graduate or Postgraduate in Management. Minimum 2 years of relevant sales/business development experience in construction materials. Skills required: Sales & Business Development – Target-driven with a proven track record. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management – Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Technical Understanding – Ability to explain AAC blocks, mortars, and plaster products to clients. Contract & Pricing Management – Knowledge of pricing strategies and contract handling. Post-Sales Operations – Invoicing, reporting, collections, and customer service. Credit Control – Ability to implement and manage credit policies. Market Research & Intelligence – Proficiency in analyzing trends and preparing reports. System Compliance – Competence in managing records, documentation, and data systems. Field Sales Orientation – Willingness to spend time in the field for client engagement. Analytical & Commercial Acumen – Capable of monitoring equipment utilization and optimizing costs.
