Job Description

Position: Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell the
Lotherme range ( repair & maintenance) electrodes
across the assigned region.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits and technical interactions.
Identify, connect, and engage with industrial clients to provide effective value-based welding solutions.
Achieve sales targets through a proactive and customer-centric approach.
Negotiate and communicate effectively with clients to drive long-term business growth.
Travel extensively within the assigned region.

Candidate Requirements

Qualification:
B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience:
2 - 15 years in
industrial sales
, preferably in welding consumables (repair & maintenance electrodes experience is an added advantage)
Must own a
two-wheeler with a valid driving license
Willingness to travel extensively and operate from assigned headquarters
Strong communication, technical, and negotiation skills
