Experience 3..6 Years Position in the Organization: Sales Engineer/Application Sales Engineer & reports to the National Sales Head & Country Manager and works closely with the sales team. Aim of the Job : To provide technical and commercial advice to customers in the area of responsibility for the sales of measurement and control instruments, and to offer customer-specific solutions. The Sales Engineer/Application Sales Engineer also provides first-line support in response to technical or other questions from customers and sales development in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. To achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company. To build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. To stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights Description of Tasks : Actively acquiring new customers and managing and expanding relations with existing customers in the area of responsibility. Drawing up an inventory of customer wishes and requirements and aligning these with technical or other opportunities. Developing customer-specific solutions in cooperation with the customer and Bronkhorst. Issuing suitable offers in cooperation with the internal sales team. Following and monitoring the progress of existing projects (offer and order procedure). Registering customer visits. Negotiating sales agreements (prices, discounts, conditions). Identifying and keeping track of market trends and product and sales opportunities, and transforming these into concrete actions. Analyzing results on a monthly basis and identifying and resolving problem areas. Drafting the M&S budget for the area of responsibility annually in cooperation with the National Sales Head & Country Manager. Regular customer visits to Andhra Pradesh & Telangana. Attending to customer complaints and performing after-sales activities in coordination with the Global Service Office. Following up on outstanding payments and ensuring timely payments from customers. Participating in and visiting trade fairs and network meetings. Providing the Sales Manager with advice upon request and whenever necessary. Conducting product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential customers. Preparing and submitting regular sales reports and forecasts to the management. Performing all other tasks related to the position. Responsibilities: Achieving sales targets as agreed by the National Sales Head & Country Manager. Customer relationship management and new lead generation. Understanding customer applications and process flow to provide the best solutions possible from the Bronkhorst product portfolio. Maintaining a proactive, customer-centric approach. Conducting market research for potential business opportunities. Being a good team player and working closely with relevant departments. Job Requirements: Bachelors degree in Instrumentation or Electronics and Communication with at least four years of relevant work experience. Commercial skills and a sound knowledge of technology, specifically measurement and control. Good English communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office. Communication skills in Telugu & Hindi are an added advantage Proficiency in creating and delivering presentations to clients Willingness to travel frequently for customer visits and meetings. Willingness to travel across India and Overseas. Commute to customer visits on Bike/Car would be an added advantage. Working Place : Home Office: Hyderabad Frequent work at Bronkhorst India Pvt. Ltd.
