Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Gurugram. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential customers, developing and maintaining client relationships, and creating and negotiating sales contracts. Daily tasks include preparing sales presentations, generating leads, conducting market research, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and handling client queries and complaints.

• Experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
• Knowledge of Logistics, Supply Chain Management, and Freight Forwarding
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
• Ability to Work Independently and Meet Sales Targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Previous experience in the logistics industry is a plus
