Job Description

  • Manage and qualify leads from walk-ins, digital platforms, channel partners, and telephonic inquiries.
  • Conduct property presentations, resolve client queries, and drive conversions.
  • Consistently follow up and achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets.
  • Guide customers for in-house home loan processing by coordinating with banking partners.

Client Interaction & Relationship Building

  • Build trust with customers and recommend suitable projects.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers for referrals & repeat business.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction in all interactions.

Site Visits & Presentations

  • Organize and conduct site visits, showcasing sample flats, amenities, and USPs.
  • Address client concerns and coordinate with GRE/Pre-Sales for smooth handovers.

Sales Closure, Documentation & Compliance

  • Negotiate offers, finalize bookings, and collect required documentation.
  • Coordinate with CRM/Post-Sales teams for agreements, registration & loan processes.
  • Ensure compliance with RERA and regulatory requirements.

Reporting & System Discipline

  • Update CRM/ERP systems with accurate lead and sales data.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and share feedback with management.

Channel Partner & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Engage with channel partners for lead generation & conversions.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, CRM, Accounts, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth operations.

Alignment with Company Vision & Values

  • Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and customer-first approach.
  • Maintain high standards of discipline, performance, and alignment with organizational goals.

Self-Development & Training

  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor projects, and customer needs.
  • Participate in internal training and continuously improve sales skills.

  • Consistently meet/exceed assigned targets and contribute to revenue goals.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Pune/PCMC real estate market.
  • Strong customer-centric approach with problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office & digital platforms.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver results under pressure.
  • Positive attitude with a growth mindset.

Qualification & Experience
Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).Experience: 2 to 5 years in real estate sales or similar customer-facing roles.
