Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer based in Pimpri Chinchwad. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying customer needs, presenting technical solutions, and providing support to optimize client operations. Key tasks include managing the sales process, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining productive relationships with clients. Additional responsibilities will involve offering technical support, ensuring product satisfaction, and aligning the company's solution offerings with customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Technical Support processes
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in sales and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Knowledge of engineering products and solutions, particularly in automation and robotics, is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Engineering or a related field is preferred
