Role Overview: As a Sales Engineer in the Automation Industry, your role will involve hands-on experience in installation, programming, and commissioning of robots. You will be responsible for fieldwork data collection, sales, and documentation. Additionally, you will be involved in enquiry generation, offer/quotation submission, negotiation, and contract finalization with clients. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and interpret customer inquiries to define project requirements. - Assess project feasibility and lead detailed requirement discussions with customers. - Oversee the development and timely execution of robotic automation projects. - Define project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation for smooth execution. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, procurement, and operations to achieve project objectives. - Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely material procurement and supply chain efficiency. - Facilitate communication between technical teams and clients to manage expectations and project progress. Qualifications Required: - Diploma, Graduate, MBA (Marketing), BE, or B.Tech in relevant field. - 0 to 1 year of experience in the automation industry. - Strong knowledge of robotics, industrial automation, PLC, and mechanical systems. - Experience in enhancing relations with clients.
