Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their technical requirements, providing effective technical support, and offering tailored solutions. They will actively collaborate with various teams to drive sales, build strong customer relationships, and ensure exceptional customer service quality. Additionally, the Sales Engineer will assist in preparing technical presentations, addressing client inquiries, and demonstrating the value of the company's products in various applications.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and client relationship management
• Ability to quickly understand technical specifications and provide appropriate solutions
• Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to client needs
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Previous experience in the manufacturing or industrial products sector is a plus
