Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer located in Pune. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, presenting technical solutions, and providing detailed product information. The role involves developing sales strategies, conducting market analysis, and building long-term client relationships. Additional tasks include preparing sales reports, coordinating with the engineering team, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Qualifications

• Sales and Client Engagement skills
• Technical Engineering knowledge related to scaffolding, formworks, and construction
• Market Analysis and Strategic Planning skills
• Strong Communication and Presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• Knowledge of the construction and engineering industry is a plus
