Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and other communication channels.
Conduct tele-calling and follow-up with prospective EPC and consultancy clients.
Follow up with company products inquiries and coordinate responses in a timely manner.
Gain hands-on training on company products and support installation activities after 2–3 training sessions.
Understand the technical offerings of the company to better support sales pitches and customer engagement.
Draft formal letters, project emails, and maintain accurate communication records.
Support statutory clearance documentation and coordinate with regulatory bodies.
Maintain structured data management systems for leads, follow-ups, and projects.
Assist the technical team with office-related documentation and reporting.
Coordinate with different departments for smooth project execution and communication.
Willingness to travel PAN-India for client meetings, installations, or exhibitions, if required in the future.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of biogas systems and processes (preferred).
Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Organized and process-driven with attention to detail.
Ability to learn technical equipment handling with training.
Proactive attitude and customer-centric approach.
Academic background in Engineering - B.Tech in mechanical or Electrical Engineering .
Prior experience or internship in renewable energy, instrumentation, or sales is a plus.
