Sales Engineer

Company Overview:

VRP MEDGANDS is a fast-growing medical device manufacturing company located in Poonamallee, Chennai. We specialize in the design and development of Blood and Infusion Warmers, aimed at improving patient care through innovative technology.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Identify and acquire new clients within the designated region.

product demonstrations, applications, and service support

strong customer, dealer, and distributor relationships

·        Understand client needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.

·        Negotiate and finalize deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.

·        Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer support.

Required Skills:

sales and negotiation

·        Strong communication and networking abilities.

·        Ability to present technical and clinical data effectively.

·        Good knowledge of medical device technical aspects.

·        CRM knowledge and multilingual proficiency will be an added advantage.

Training Details:

·        Mandatory Training: Selected candidates must attend 3 days of training at our Chennai Head Office.

·        Accommodation & Travel: Company will provide accommodation during the training period and bear return travel expenses.

Bachelor’s Degree

·        Annual Salary: ₹ 2- ₹ 2.5+ TA
