Sales Engineer

As a Technical Sales Engineer, your role involves preparing and developing technical presentations to explain our company's products or services to customers. You will be discussing equipment needs and system requirements with customers and engineers, collaborating with sales teams to understand customer requirements, and providing sales support. Your responsibilities also include generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries. Furthermore, you will be researching, developing, and modifying products to meet customers" technical requirements, helping customers with product-related problems, and recommending improved materials and machinery. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and develop technical presentations for customers - Discuss equipment needs and system requirements with customers and engineers - Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements - Generate high-quality sales leads and secure orders - Research, develop, and modify products to meet customers" needs - Assist customers with product problems and recommend improvements - Solicit and evaluate client feedback for sales and marketing strategies - Identify areas for improvement and communicate solutions to upper management - Set and achieve sales goals and quotas - Train sales team members on technical aspects of products and services Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, business administration, or related field - Experience in sales and technology field - Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills - Ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers - Excellent technical and problem-solving skills - Good leadership and teamwork abilities - Willingness to continue education in sales and engineering The company offers health insurance as a benefit, and the work schedule is during the day shift.
