Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Identify new business opportunities in BMS/IBMS (HVAC, lighting, fire alarm, access control, CCTV).
Build strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and facility managers.
Understand client needs and provide tailored automation solutions.
Prepare proposals and support pre/post-sales activities.
Meet assigned sales targets and maintain CRM records.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree
Bachelor’s degree in engineering
2–5 years of experience
in
BMS / IBMS / Building Automation System
sales.
Hands-on
knowledge of leading systems
such as
Honeywell, Schneider Electric, Siemens, Johnson Controls, Delta Controls
, etc.
Excellent
communication, presentation, and technical selling skills
.
Ability to
understand client requirements
and offer tailored automation solutions.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Willing to travel
to any location across India for client meetings and project discussions.
