The company now manufactures inverter welding machines under its UT brand in a dedicated facility and markets them through a vast dealer network, supported by welding specialists and service partners.Role: Sales Engineer (Chennai & Gujarat)Full-time, on-site role responsible for driving sales growth, dealer recruitment, and building B2B/corporate client relationships. The Sales Engineer will provide technical support, implement sales strategies, conduct presentations, handle sales documentation, and deliver tailored solutions.Qualifications• Minimum 5 years’ experience in welding machine sales• Proven track record in dealer recruitment and B2B/corporate client development• Strong sales engineering, customer service, and technical support skills• Problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills• Ability to work independently and in teams• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field• Welding industry experience preferred
