Company Description UT Lamination, part of a group company, has been supplying Thyristor welding machines to a leading MNC in India for over 45 years. The company now manufactures inverter welding machines under its UT brand in a dedicated facility and markets them through a vast dealer network, supported by welding specialists and service partners. Role: Sales Engineer (Chennai & Gujarat) Full-time, on-site role responsible for driving sales growth, dealer recruitment, and building B2B/corporate client relationships. The Sales Engineer will provide technical support, implement sales strategies, conduct presentations, handle sales documentation, and deliver tailored solutions. Qualifications • Minimum 5 years’ experience in welding machine sales • Proven track record in dealer recruitment and B2B/corporate client development • Strong sales engineering, customer service, and technical support skills • Problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills • Ability to work independently and in teams • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field • Welding industry experience preferred
