Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop effective strategies.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Handle customer queries, objections, and ensure a smooth sales process.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive (minimum 3–5 years preferred).
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong business acumen.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹37,298.38 per month
