Sales Engineer

We Are Hiring! Qualification: ITI / Diploma /Engineer Electrical & Electronics & Telecommunications Position: Sales Position for Sale of Test and Measurement Equipment

Job Profile:

The goal of this role is to achieve excellent sales results for the Test and Measurement products Division within a specific geographic area. This involves building strong relationships with customers, as well as representing the company at various marketing and sales events like seminars, roadshows, and training sessions.

Job Responsibilities

Sales and Strategy

• Creating and executing a business plan to surpass sales goals for the Test & Measurement Division in your designated territory.
• Analyzing local market conditions to develop and implement a tailored sales strategy.
• Focusing on key accounts and building strong client relationships.
• Generating new leads and setting up appointments with potential clients.
• Following up with clients to close sales.

Technical and Customer Support

• Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable technical solutions.
• Conducting pre-sales demonstrations and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Preparing tender compliance documents that highlight the benefits for the customer.
• Managing quotations and invoices.

Collaboration and Experience

• Working with other teams to ensure smooth business operations.
• Experience with clients in R&D, government (especially DRDO), and manufacturing is a plus.

Qualification :

BE / ME / MSc in Electronics/ECE/EEE - Must be familiar with Test and Measurement products. Diploma Engineers with requisite years of experience are also welcome.

Domain Experience: 2+ years in similar profile

Good Communication skills

Fluency in English is must

Confident presentation skills

Ability to interact with Senior and clients

Candidates from similar industry (Test & Measurement) will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
