Job Title: Sales Engineer Location: Bakrol, Ahmedabad Experience: 0 to 2 Years Industry: Engineering / Manufacturing / Industrial Equipment Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer requirements, and offering technical solutions to meet their needs. This role is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience in technical sales or engineering-related roles. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the assigned region. Understand customer technical requirements and provide suitable product solutions. Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers and prospects. Negotiate and close sales by addressing customer concerns and offering appropriate solutions. Collaborate with internal teams for pricing, delivery, and after-sales support. Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction. Prepare reports on market trends, customer feedback, and sales performance. Requirements: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering fields. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Technical aptitude with an interest in sales and client interaction. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to travel within the region for client visits. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn. Preferred Internship or prior experience in industrial product sales or customer service is a plus. Knowledge of mechanical or industrial components will be an advantage. Salary: As per industry standards + incentives based on performance.
