The ideal candidate should have experience in sales or be a fresh Diploma/B.Tech (Civil) graduate willing to build a career in technical sales. The role includes handling client inquiries, promoting company products, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities Generate leads and reach out to potential customers through calls, visits, and presentations. Understand customer requirements and promote Magic Roof’s products and solutions. Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and provide technical guidance (for engineering candidates). Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business. Maintain sales records, prepare quotations, and follow up on inquiries. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth. Coordinate with the operations and technical teams for order execution and customer support. Required Skills & Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling. Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits. For engineering candidates: basic understanding of civil/structural concepts. Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude. Eligibility Criteria Graduate / Higher Secondary (HS) with 1+ year of experience in sales OR Fresher – Diploma / B.Tech (Civil Engineering)
