Job Description

Position:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for material handling products (e.g., KBK rail systems, jib cranes, hoists, manipulators).
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients in industries like automotive, logistics, and manufacturing.
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations, technical proposals, and quotations to clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts in line with company policies.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to provide customized solutions as per client requirements.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of material handling equipment and industrial automation solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Ability to read and understand basic technical drawings/specifications (preferred).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (preferred).
  • MBA in Sales/Marketing.
  • 2-10 years of sales experience in industrial equipment, machinery, or material handling solutions.

Compensation:

  • Allowances for travel, communication, and other business-related expenses.
