Responsible for
sales and after-sales service
of products across assigned regions (excluding Bihar, Jharkhand, J&K, MP, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Tamil Nadu, and Andhra Pradesh).
Handle
product demonstrations, installations, and technical support
for customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with
distributors, dealers, and direct customers
.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in the
battery, lithium, and solar segments
.
Provide
on-site technical support
, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quick resolution.
Ensure timely reporting of customer feedback, service issues, and competitor activity.
Coordinate with internal teams for logistics, product availability, and technical documentation.
Prepare and submit
daily reports, MIS, and service logs
as per company requirements.
Achieve assigned
sales and service targets
within the specified timeline.

Key Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in
sales and service roles
, preferably in
battery (lead acid/lithium)
or
solar manufacturing
sectors.
Must be a
graduate
(Engineering background preferred, but not mandatory).
Willingness to travel extensively across
assigned states in India
.
Strong communication, technical, and customer-handling skills.
Ability to independently manage field operations and build long-term client relationships.
Knowledge of
inverter, solar systems, or energy storage products
is a plus.
