Sales engineer - Solar energy products

As a Sales Engineer at Sunrad Renewable Energy & Electrical Solutions Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying customer needs, promoting solar EPC and distribution products, and closing deals across various segments. Your responsibilities will include: - Generate leads and convert them into qualified opportunities in residential, commercial & industrial segments. - Present Sunrad's EPC solutions (on-grid, off-grid, hybrid, BESS, ground-mount, rooftop) and BOS product range to clients. - Conduct site assessments with the technical team and prepare customer proposals. - Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets consistently. To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills: Qualifications Required: - Diploma / BE in Electrical, EEE, ECE, Mechanical, or related field. - 15 years of experience in Solar EPC / Electrical solutions / Industrial sales. Key Skills: - Strong technical understanding of solar systems (rooftop & ground-mount). - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic design knowledge. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience selling to commercial & industrial customers. - Knowledge of ALMM modules, inverter brands, subsidies, net metering, and energy auditing. - Exposure to BESS and hybrid solutions. In addition to the above, you should possess the following personality traits: - Self-driven, target-oriented, and persistent. - Strong problem-solving and consultative selling mindset. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Customer-first approach with high integrity.
