Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through

  cold calling, emails, client visits, and market mapping

• Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products.
• Conduct

  sales presentations, demos, and site visits

  to explain technical and commercial aspects.
• Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Prepare regular reports and sales forecasts for management review.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree

  (Engineering or Business preferred).
• Minimum

  1 year of experience

  in B2B industrial or equipment sales (Crane/Material Handling preferred).
• Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with

  CRM tools and MS Office

  is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
