Job Description

Introduce, demonstrate, and train clients on products/services while gathering feedback, recommendations, and requirements for team execution.

Identify new business opportunities and analyze software gaps, pain points, and feature improvements for enhanced functionality.

Negotiate sales deals, finalize agreements, and manage payment collections.

Process orders, follow up on updates, and maintain system records for MIS visibility.

Address and resolve product/service issues on behalf of clients while ensuring prompt communication.

Maintain accurate client and sales records, provide timely reporting, and participate in meetings to offer process guidance.

Analyze competitors pricing strategies and establish optimal pricing models for customers.

Track and monitor customer satisfaction to uncover opportunities for additional revenue.

Coordinate team efforts to implement best practices and process improvements for operational efficiency.

Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.

Possess strong technical knowledge for effective communication.

Language proficiency in English and Hindi.

Willing to relocate or travel to various locations in India or abroad.
