Sales Engineer - Pump and Valves

As a Sales Engineer in the pump and valve sector, your role will involve developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the assigned territory. You will be responsible for identifying customer needs and providing technical solutions related to pumps, valves, and associated systems. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting product presentations and demonstrations to clients, effectively communicating the technical features and benefits of various pump and valve products. - Preparing and delivering technical proposals, quotations, and bids in response to customer inquiries and tenders. - Collaborating with engineering and production teams to ensure that proposed solutions are technically feasible and meet customer specifications. - Negotiating terms of sale and closing deals to achieve individual and team sales targets. - Providing pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including troubleshooting and problem resolution for pump and valve applications. - Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments within the pump and valve market. - Attending industry exhibitions, trade shows, and conferences to promote products and expand the professional network. - Preparing regular sales reports, forecasts, and maintaining accurate customer records in the CRM system. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will be required to have a Bachelor's degree, preferably with 2 years of sales experience in the pump and valve industry. The job is based in Vadodara, Gujarat, and will involve 75% travel. The expected start date for this full-time, permanent position is 21/07/2025.
