Sales Engineer- Panel Division

• Job Location: Guwahati-AS, Raipur -CG, Durgapur & Siliguri- WB
• Preferable from Panel Industry
• Minimum Work Experience: 2 to 5 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territory/segment.
• Understand customer needs and propose appropriate technical solutions.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients.
• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and detailed techno-commercial offers.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as per company objectives.
• Work closely with the engineering and product development teams to provide customer feedback.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and customer training programs.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports including sales forecast, pipeline, and visit reports.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to commercial terms.
• Support after-sales service coordination and client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong technical aptitude with ability to understand engineering concepts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Problem-solving and customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Knowledge of all types of panel

Qualification : B. Tech in Mechanical or Electrical

Experience : Min 2 years
