Job Purpose: The job purpose is to drive the company's growth in the OEM market segment by identifying prospects, building relationships, and closing deals. Responsibilities include strategizing, presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and staying informed about industry trends.

Sr. No. Job Description

1 Sales & Business Development:

1.1 Identify and develop new business opportunities within the automotive OEM and Tier-1 supplier network.

1.2 Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into long-term business relationships.

1.3 Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets and expanding the customer base.

2 Technical Sales & Customer Support:

2.1 Understand customer technical requirements and provide tailored solutions.

2.2 Work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure product feasibility and alignment with customer needs.

2.3 Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients.

3 Key Account Management:

3.1 Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers by providing regular support and updates.

3.2 Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless sales experience.

3.3 Follow up on order status, deliveries, and after-sales support.

4 Market Research & Strategy Development:

4.1 Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.

4.2 Recommend new product opportunities or modifications based on market demand.

4.3 Collaborate with internal teams to align business goals with industry trends.

5 Quotation & Negotiation:

5.1 Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and pricing negotiations while ensuring profitability.

5.2 Negotiate contract terms and close deals in alignment with company policies.

6 Coordination with Internal Teams:

6.1 Work closely with Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

6.2 Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.

7 Reporting & Documentation:

7.1 Maintain accurate sales reports, CRM records, and customer interaction logs.

7.2 Provide regular updates on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline status to management.
