Job Description

As a Sales Engineer specializing in mechanical engineering, your primary responsibility will be to identify potential buyers interested in the company's machines and services. By collaborating with the Vice President of the Domestic Sales Department, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth consistently. This role is exclusively for male candidates. Your key duties and responsibilities will include: - Proactively seeking out new clients within a specified geographic region to promote the company's products - Making cold calls to arrange meetings with potential customers and explore new business opportunities - Traveling to meet with potential clients in North India - Building and nurturing relationships with existing and prospective customers - Understanding and addressing customer requirements effectively - Convincing clients that our products or services are the ideal solutions for their needs - Generating client quotations and negotiating contract terms - Providing post-sales support services and managing client accounts - Analyzing sales data and preparing reports for management - Meeting and exceeding sales targets regularly - Maintaining accurate client contact information - Coordinating sales initiatives and supporting marketing activities such as trade shows and conferences - Delivering technical presentations and demonstrating product features to clients - Offering pre-sales technical assistance and product education to customers - Collaborating with the sales team and technical experts to address client needs - Resolving client issues and contributing to the design of customized products - Providing training and support materials for the sales team and customers - Enhancing customer knowledge through technical information and training - Identifying and addressing sales engineering challenges to improve effectiveness - Understanding the technical aspects of company software and machinery to better assist clients - Conducting product demonstrations at client sites to showcase the value of our solutions - Managing customer feedback and digital data to strengthen client relationships - Undertaking any additional tasks necessary to achieve company sales objectives Furthermore, the Junior Sales Executive should maintain regular communication with their superior, seeking guidance and updating them on daily interactions and future plans. The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for supervising and supporting subordinates to ensure task completion and performance. They are also accountable for achieving results from the team. It is essential for all team members to input daily customer activities into the CRM system. An MBA in Sales and Marketing would be advantageous for this role. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, provident fund, and performance bonuses. The work schedule is during the day shift, in-person.,
