Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will manage technical sales activities, providing expert support on tooling solutions to customers. Responsibilities include engaging with clients to understand their needs, delivering product presentations, and addressing technical queries. Additionally, the role involves liaising with technical teams, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth within targeted domains.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Engineering with a strong ability to understand and communicate technical solutions to customers
• Experience in Technical Support, including resolving customer challenges and providing product-related guidance
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions and stakeholder engagement
• Background in Sales and Customer Service, with a proven ability to achieve sales targets and maintain client satisfaction
• Self-motivated and capable of remote work with minimal supervision
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field is preferred
• Familiarity with the cutting tools or metal machining industry is advantageous
