The specialist will be responsible for managing and growing sales of metal cutting tools, maintaining strong customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and conducting training sessions. Day-to-day tasks include meeting sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with the sales management team to devise effective strategies. Additionally, the specialist will provide technical support and product recommendations to customers.
