Our group recorded a turnover of approximately USD 11.7 billion during 2018-19. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Metal Cutting Tools Sales Specialist, based in Chennai. The specialist will be responsible for managing and growing sales of metal cutting tools, maintaining strong customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and conducting training sessions. Day-to-day tasks include meeting sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with the sales management team to devise effective strategies. Additionally, the specialist will provide technical support and product recommendations to customers. Qualifications Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in Sales and Sales Management Capability to conduct Training sessions Ability to meet sales targets and identify business opportunities Strong technical knowledge of metal cutting tools and machining processes Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field Previous experience in the tooling or manufacturing industry is a plus Show more Show less
