Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for finding potential buyers for the machines and services offered by the company, acting as a pillar for the organization to continuously increase its turnover. As a Sales Engineer, you will partner with the company and work towards increasing sales on a regular basis. Candidates residing in Hyderabad will be preferred. A background in Mechanical Engineering and experience in Laser Machine sales would be beneficial for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Search for new clients who could benefit from the company's products in a designated region - Cold call to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business - Travel to visit potential clients (Must have two-wheeler) - Establish new and maintain existing relationships with customers - Manage and interpret customer requirements - Persuade clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs - Calculate client quotations - Negotiate tender and contract terms - Negotiate and close sales by agreeing on terms and conditions - Offer after-sales support services - Administer client accounts - Analyze costs and sales - Prepare reports for the head office - Meet regular sales targets - Record and maintain client contact data - Coordinate sales projects - Support marketing by attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events - Make technical presentations and demonstrate how a product will meet client needs - Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education - Liaise with other members of the sales team and other technical experts - Solve client problems - Help in the design of custom-made products - Provide training and produce support material for the sales team - Develop customer staff by providing technical information and training - Contribute to sales engineering effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed - Learn the technical details concerning how the software works and what problems it solves for clients - Learn the working of machines and demonstrate them at client sites to convince them how the machines can be the proper solution for their marking requirements - Manage customer relations by soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data received through digital channels - Perform any other tasks found fit to achieve company sales targets Qualification Required: - Mechanical Engineering background preferred - Experience in Laser Machine sales beneficial - Candidates residing in Hyderabad preferred Note: All the people are required to feed their daily activities with all customers in the CRM.,
