Understanding Customer Needs:
Spare engineers help identify customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Solution Presentation:
They may participate in presentations, demos, and product demonstrations to showcase the technical aspects of a product or service.
Technical Proposals:
They assist in creating technical proposals and specifications that align with the customer's needs.

Post-sales:

Implementation and Support:
They help with the installation, configuration, and ongoing technical support of the product or service.
Troubleshooting:
They provide technical expertise to resolve any issues that arise after the sale.
Customer Training:
They may be involved in training customers on how to use the product or service effectively.
Relationship Building:
They help maintain positive customer relationships by ensuring satisfaction with the product or service.

Should have core background of Readymix Construction , RMC, Construction equipment's, Batching plants, sand plant, Construction machineries, Silos, High capacity silos, conveyors, mixers

Should be open for travel in Pune & near by locations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Note- Field work/Customer Visit would be the part of this job (Its a mandatory). Do not apply if you are not interested in sales specifically in field work.
