Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and technically proficient Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical knowledge and customer solutions, helping drive sales of our products/services by effectively communicating technical information to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and client outreach.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to ensure accurate solutions.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Provide after-sales support and resolve any technical issues post-implementation.
Maintain a deep understanding of company products, services, and market trends.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and documentation as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/related field).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand complex technical products and explain them to non-technical audiences.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and product demos.
