Job Title: Sales & Application Engineer Industrial Analytical Instruments

Company: ISP Instruments India Pvt Ltd (Subsidiary of ISP Co Ltd, South Korea)

Location: Bangalore (with pan-India travel), Mumbai, Delhi and Kolkata

About Us

ISP is into manufacturing and distribution of high end analytical instruments based on XRF technology for the material analysis and measurement purposes. Specialized in the applications of precious metal analysis, Coating thickness measurement and semiconductor applications. Now opening its subsidiary in India.

Job Role

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Application Engineer to drive business

development across India. The role involves managing sales, pre-sales technical support,

application demonstration, and customer relationship management for our range of

instruments.

This position is based in Bangalore, but requires extensive travel across India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell industrial analytical instruments (XRF analyzers, plating thickness

systems, inline customized solutions) and laser engraving machines (Except jewellery

market) across India.

  • Conduct product demonstrations, application studies, and technical presentations at

customer sites.

  • Generate leads through direct interaction, exhibitions, and channel partners; manage

sales pipeline effectively.

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions in line

with their applications.

  • Liaise with international OEMs for technical clarifications and application support.
  • Support customers post-installation for training and application queries.
  • Prepare and submit technical-commercial proposals, tenders, and quotations.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the companys growth strategy.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying new business

opportunities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Education: Minimum Diploma / B.E. (Mechanical / Electronics preferred). Any graduation with strong zeal for industrial sales shall also be considered.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in industrial product sales (analytical instruments /

capital equipment / laser machines preferred).

  • Skills & Attributes:
  • Strong technical aptitude with ability to quickly learn new applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Dynamic, agile, and self-motivated with a passion for sales and technology.
  • Ability to travel extensively across India.
  • Location: Candidate must be based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore.
