Sales Engineer - Industrial Lubricants

You are a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Engineer responsible for driving sales of Industrial Lubricants. You should possess a strong background in industrial products, ideally holding a Mechanical Engineering degree, and must be open to traveling to engage with clients, conduct site visits, and expand our market presence. Your key responsibilities include developing and nurturing relationships with industrial clients to promote and sell Exxon Mobil products. You will be tasked with identifying new business opportunities and generating leads within engineering, mining, and cement industries. Additionally, you will provide technical consultation and recommend products based on customer needs, conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions, and work towards achieving sales targets to contribute to business growth. It will also be crucial for you to maintain and update CRM software to keep track of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions, while collaborating with internal teams for order processing and customer support. To excel in this role, you must hold a B.E./B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in lubricants, oils, or related products. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for effectively carrying out your duties. The position is based in Nagpur, Maharashtra, with field travel as and when required.
