Key Responsibilities:

• Order processing
• Schedule mapping / schedule variation analysis weekly basis
• Demand sharing with plant weekly basis
• Coordination with plant to get parts ready for dispatch as per customer requirement dates

Key Responsibilities:

• Interaction with customer / CHA to get containers as per requirement date
• New business development Adding new business & new customers
• Invoicing (Domestic and Export)
• Payment receivables and reconciliation (incl. debit and credits)
• CHA Payments and reconciliation
• Documentation and data management
• Order and payment follow up - close monitoring with customers for release of payments as per due
• Hands on experience on MS office (Outlook, Excel, Power point) and ERP.
• Knowledge / Hands on experience on sales transactions
• Settle routine commercials like prices, commodity adjustments, logistics costs etc.
• Co-ordinate with internal departments to meet customer requirements in terms of quality, delivery, cost and service
• Techno commercials discussions with customers
• Win new projects and develop the products as agreed with customers
• Ensure zero pending open issues with the customers
• Presentations to prospective customers
• Achieve revenue plan targets
• Order & schedule processing, buffer planning, inventory control, payment collection etc.
• Support to customer for all their supply need to run customer line (Revalidation & new supply). Manage market volatility with better planning.
• Techno-commercial offer preparation, negotiation, commercial settlement with customer
• Engage in new development activity & bring production batch faster (Self-propelled)

Qualification :

• B.E Mechanical / Diploma Mechanical with 4-5 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry,

  Hydraulic / Construction Equipment industries

• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Hands-on experience with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with sales transactions
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams
